What's it's like to work here

This is an incredibly busy place to be. London is the global HQ for the entire MullenLowe Group network, currently ranked No1 in the world for both Creative and Effectiveness awards per $ spend. We work really hard and are passionately committed to achieving excellence in what we do.

But one of the other things we’re very proud of at MullenLowe London is our reputation for being a nice place to work. This doesn’t just happen by accident. A lot of care and attention is put into making every day a fantastic experience. Because the happier our people are, the better they are at their jobs.

Here are few of our perks

  • Free breakfast and coffee for early birds.
  • You get your birthday off (helps avoid being sung to, badly)
  • In-house beauticians, masseuses, and yoga instructors. All subsidised.
  • An enhanced maternity package.
  • Early-finish Fridays throughout the summer and before Bank Holidays.
  • The office closes between Christmas and New Year.
  • Personal Development Fund for learning new skills – from dress making to Zumba
  • Gift vouchers when you tie the knot. And when you add little ones to your family.
  • ‘Lowe Life’ events – Pimm’s in the Park, charity bake-offs, seasonal parties… lots of tequila.
  • Friday afternoon drink trollies. (Warm up for the pub).
  • Regular ‘Wellbeing Weeks’. Full to the brim with body-enriching, mind-expanding and soul-nurturing classes. Oh, and smoothies.

We also think it’s really important that this is an inspiring place to work. A place where everyone can learn new skills, some you might expect and some you wouldn’t. So we hold regular courses where you can learn from the industry’s top talent, as well as coaching and mentoring from a broad range of experts. Internally we hold lots of ‘Lunch and Learn’ talks and seminars, sharing everything from pitch presentations to tech innovations. We also get involved with charities and volunteering initiatives and give everyone a free day off every year to help with a great cause in the local community.

Like we said, this is a very busy place to be. But it’s also a genuinely happy one.
